Learn how to navigate the Databricks platform to build and develop Generative AI applications. You will learn how to develop prompts, and compound AI systems using MLflow and Mosaic AI on the platform. As well as learn concepts around governance and differences with GenAI.

By the end of the course, you will learn:

• Generative AI opportunities and challenges
• How to set up a dev environment and get started with prompt engineering on Databricks with MLFlow
• How to build a compound AI system with retrieval augmented generation (RAG)
• Introduction to fine-tuning models and pretraining LLMs with Mosaic AI
• How to approaching governance for AI applications

Prerequisites:

• Intermediate-level experience with Python
• Working knowledge of machine learning and deep learning is helpful
