The Municipality of Amsterdam has been on a digital transformation journey driven by societal and political goals centered around citizen service and sustainability.  Leading with data strategy, the municipality is working on streamlining diverse processes and adopting agile work to enhance the way they deliver everything from tree maintenance to garbage collection. This presentation will highlight specific applications of data and AI with a focus on responsible AI, demonstrating how public sector organisations can achieve value while also ensuring privacy and data security.
