This session highlights how First Central, working in partnership with Advancing Analytics, has successfully modernised its data and AI capabilities using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Together, they have built a strong foundation for governed and scalable AI, starting with robust data engineering practices and moving towards full Lakehouse adoption, including Genie. The collaboration has enabled First Central to implement model serving endpoints, Lakehouse monitoring and data and model drift detection, all supported by Unity Catalog to ensure governance and secure use of production data. Attendees will gain practical insights into how a customer and partner working closely together can accelerate adoption, embed ML Ops best practice and deliver measurable business value across the organisation.
