In this hands-on session, you'll build a Genie agent — the experience your users tap to answer their own data questions — so business users across your organization can self-serve insights. You'll connect your data from the Lakehouse and ground its answers in your organization's own metric definitions and business terms so results stay consistent and trusted.

Audience: Data engineers, data analysts, data scientists / ML practitioners — builders who enable business users.

Pre-requisites: General familiarity with the Databricks workspace, working knowledge of Unity Catalog concepts and SQL.
