How much does it cost to attend the Data + AI World Tour? All Data + AI World Tour stops are free to attend. 
Can I transfer my Executive Roundtable pass to someone else? Executive Roundtable passes are not transerable.
I am having difficulties applying to attend. How can I get help? Please email executive-events@databricks.com.
How do I register for training? Scheduling for training will launch closer to the event. An email will be sent notifying you when scheduling is open in the session catalog.
Will you be providing meals with dietary restrictions in mind? We will provide meals that are vegetarian and vegan. If you have other dietary restrictions, please email executive-events@databricks.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is the event's badge photo and ID policy?

Databricks requires attendees of Data + AI World Tour to submit a photo during registration that will be printed on the attendee badge. The photo must be of the registration holder and will be verified during badge pick up on site by event staff in conjunction with a government issued ID. The photo is not used for any other purpose.

Please upload or take a passport style photo clearly showing your face from the shoulders up, facing forward, without sunglasses or hat. If you need to retake the photo, click the x next to the file name.

Will there be a room block available for this event? No, we recommend booking directly with the venue or a nearby hotel to secure your accommodations.
Will I have access to the full Data + AI World Tour stop including Executive Roundtable? Yes, Executive Roundtable attendees have access to all aspects of the Data + AI World Tour stop that their Executive Roundtable is a part of.
What are the Federal ethics rules for this event? Although the Government Data + AI World Tour is free to attend, admission includes items of value (e.g., meals, beverages, conference memorabilia, and entertainment) that are available to all conference attendees. If you have any questions, please contact shannon.bisselink@databricks.com.

What do I need to know about the Hatch Act? Employees cannot engage in political activity while on duty, in a government uniform, or displaying an official government badge. Because photo badges at events act as visual identifiers, you must ensure you are not acting on behalf of partisan political campaigns or using the badge in a way that suggests you are representing the government during partisan events.
What is Databricks’ Photo Policy?  Databricks, including its affiliates, partners, vendors and other third parties, may choose to photograph and record certain portions of the conference, including in public areas, which may capture images, video and/or recordings of conference participants. By virtue of your attendance at the Event, you acknowledge and consent that your likeness and/or voice may be captured in these materials and grant Databricks and such third parties the right to use, modify, reproduce, broadcast, distribute, display, or incorporate in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of these materials, free of charge, for marketing, training and internal purposes. You hereby waive “moral rights” in such photos, recordings, or other digital content.
What is Databricks' Bag Policy at events? Attendees may be screened at the main entry point (walk through metal detection systems / magnetometers). Random bag checks may also be implemented. No bags larger than backpacks will be permitted.
