How much does it cost to attend the Data + AI World Tour? All Data + AI World Tour stops are free to attend. 
Can I transfer my Executive Program pass to someone else? Executive Program passes are not transerable.
I am having difficulties applying to attend. How can I get help? Please email executive-events@databricks.com..
How do I register for training? Scheduling for training will launch closer to the event. An email will be sent notifying you when scheduling is open in the session catalog.
Will you be providing meals with dietary restrictions in mind? We will provide meals that are vegetarian and vegan. If you have other dietary restrictions, please email executive-events@databricks.com. and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is the event's badge photo and ID policy?

Databricks requires attendees of Data + AI World Tour to submit a photo during registration that will be printed on the attendee badge. The photo must be of the registration holder and will be verified during badge pick up on site by event staff in conjunction with a government issued ID. The photo is not used for any other purpose.

Please upload or take a passport style photo clearly showing your face from the shoulders up, facing forward, without sunglasses or hat. If you need to retake the photo, click the x next to the file name.

What is Databricks' Bag Policy at events?

Databricks events operate a 100% screening policy. Trained security staff will use walk-through and handheld metal detection equipment to search attendees before they enter the venue. All bags larger than a small, one compartment, clutch (not exceeding 8.5 x 5.5 inches) must be removed and placed on the belt. Items will be seized if they pose a possible threat or risk to others, or could negatively impact the event. Please allow additional time for this process.

We do not allow the following items within any of the Data + AI World Tour event venues, including but not limited to:  

  • Weapons, firearms or knives (regardless of size), or items that can be mistaken as a weapon
  • Pets or other animals, except approved service animals. Service animals should remain on a leash or in a harness, and under the control of the owner at all times.
  • Personal mobility devices (with or without a motor), unless for ADA use. This includes but is not limited to: skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, scooters, uniwheels and all similar products.
  • No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed within the facility
  • Poles and sticks, including selfie sticks
  • Laser lights, laser pointers
  • Mace/pepper spray, tasers, stun guns or similar devices
  • Sharp and/or pointed objects: razor blades, scissors, knitting needles, screwdrivers and so on
  • Whistles, noisemakers and/or sound/voice enhancement devices such as bullhorns
  • Banners, signs or placards, unless authorized by production or security management
  • Flashlights, unless authorized by production or security management
  • Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth signal disruptors
  • Tripods for cameras (does not apply to media)
  • Inflatable items (e.g., balloons)
  • Drones, unless authorized by production or security management
  • No outside alcohol
  • No illegal substances
